FAIR AND TRANSPARENT PRICING POLICY:
At SEGURA LAW, we are committed to fairness and transparency with our clients, including prospective clients inquiring about representation. Everyone pays the same price. There will be no guessing, secret discounts, or surprise charges. If you elect to hire SEGURA LAW, payment is due in full, up front. We do not offer payment plans.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer. All payments are taken securely via our online payment processing platform. We do not get, nor retain, any of your card or account information.

You call us to ask us to help you. We ask you for information and documentation about your situation. We then evaluate whether we can help you. We then call you back within 24 hours to tell you if we can help you. If we can help you, we would provide you a price quote over the phone and invite you to come to our office if you want to retain SEGURA LAW.
PRICING FOR A LA CARTE HOURLY WORK:
$500 per hour
60-minute phone call with our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura. You explain your situation. You ask him anything and everything you want. He answers your questions.
PRICING FOR EVICTION DEFENSE REPRESENTATION:
$1,000.00 (good): you stay self-represented (ALL courthouses)

-we prepare all your paperwork for court-the right way. This includes your answer, jury demand, fee waiver applications, and discovery requests to the opposing side. We file the paperwork on your behalf.
-1-hour phone consultation with our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura
-Advice on how to represent yourself in court
$2,000.00 (better): limited scope representation (ALL courthouses)
-you stay self-represented
-we prepare all your paperwork for court-the right way. This includes your answer, jury demand, fee waiver applications, and discovery requests to the opposing side.

-Advice on how to represent yourself in court
-Our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura, goes to court with you in person for the first court date on your case.
$5,500.00 (best): full scope representation (for cases filed in Van Nuys or Chatsworth Courthouse)
$2,750.00: PRETRIAL FEE: due up front at signing of retainer. This fee includes preparation of all paperwork, and unlimited in-person court appearances by our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura.
$2,750.00: TRIAL FEE: due later, ONLY IF the case goes to trial. This trial fee will only be due if the matter is not settled and must proceed to trial, either by way of bench trial or jury trial. If the matter is dismissed or settled without the need for a trial, the TRIAL FEE will not be due ever.
-We are your attorney of record from beginning to the end of your case.
-We prepare, serve, and file all the required paperwork and motions for your case.
-Our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura, goes to court with you in person for all court appearances.
-If the case has to go to trial, our managing attorney will try the case before a judge or a jury.
$6,500.00 (best): full scope representation (for cases filed in all other courthouses of L.A. County)
$3,250.00: PRETRIAL FEE: due up front at signing of retainer. This fee includes preparation of all paperwork, and unlimited in-person court appearances by our managing attorney, Jonathan Segura.
$3,250.00: TRIAL FEE: due later, ONLY IF the case goes to trial. This trial fee will only be due if the matter is not settled and must proceed to trial, either by way of bench trial or jury trial.
